Our Sportsman’s Packages put you within a stone’s throw of big fish and teeming coveys. Packages include private cabin lodging, Orvis-endorsed guides, trained hunting dogs, three gourmet meals per day, and transportation to and from our fishing and hunting areas.

Show Up All-Inclusive Packages
With our all-inclusive packages, all you need to bring is a fervent desire to find big fish and game. We’ll sweat the small stuff like guide and lodge gratuities, licenses and taxes, all beverages, transportation to and from Billings Logan Airport, fly rod, all the right flies, tippet, waders, guns, hunting shells and clays. Plus all the added luxuries: private cabin lodging, Orvis-endorsed guides, trained hunting dogs, three gourmet meals per day, and transportation to and from our fishing and hunting areas.

For guests who wish to build their own itinerary, or extend their stay, we offer all of our amenities and services unpackaged. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you would like us to help you build a custom trip.
Lodging with meals: (double occupancy) per person, per night – $450
Fishing Guides: (2 anglers) $225 per person, per day, (1 angler), $375 per day
Hunting Guides: (2 hunters) $300 per person, per day, (1 hunter), $575 per day
Hunting Lease Fees: $700 per person, per day
Airport Transportation: Billings Logan $450 R/T (2-4 passengers), $900 R/T (6-10 passengers)
Fishing Gear Rental: $85 per day
Hunting Gear Rental: $100 per day
Shooting Clays: $60 per round (25 clays per round)
Fishing Licenses: 2-day $25/4-day $40
Hunting Licenses: Montana $140/Annual*, Crow Nation $150/Annual*
Beverages: $50 per person, per day
Suggested Gratuities**
Guides $50 – $100 per guest, per guide, per day
Lodge Staff- $25 per guest, per day
*Both licenses might be required to hunt on our leased lands.
**Groups of six or more will incur a service charge of 6% to their lodging total.
Gratuities
Gratuities are at your discretion. The following are standard guidelines. For guides, we suggest $50 to $100 per guest, per day. We prefer you tip them directly. For lodge staff, we suggest $20 to $50 per guest, per day. This can be left with your final bill. All gratuities are included in the Show Up and Fish/Hunt All-Inclusive Package pricing.
Corporate and Custom Packages
Our corporate clients include Columbia Sportswear, Merrill Lynch, and Wrangler, Inc., and we frequently host retreats for smaller companies and family businesses too. If you’d like to arrange a custom trip for a corporate or sales retreat, please call for rates and availability.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the date of your trip. If you are unable to arrive as planned, we will refund your total deposit less a $200 handling fee if we are notified within 90 days of your reserved date and are able to fill your canceled reservation. Parties who arrive with fewer members than are actually booked will be charged for the number of guests booked at the time of reservation. No adjustments will be made for early departures. Credit cards are accepted in the Pro Shop. If credit cards are used for lodging, fishing and hunting packages, a 4% handling charge will be added.
A note from Nick and Francine. We depend on advance reservations and when you cancel your reservation with us, chances are we’ve already turned others away. So deposits are nonrefundable. We recommend you consider travel insurance.
